Background
Around
20 years ago it was virtually unheard of for a senior executive to be
part-time other than in special circumstances, however in the twenty
first century things are much more flexible. The recent lockdowns in
the UK following the global pandemic have served to highlight that
flexible working is a realistic option for businesses and means
significant savings can be achieved by not maintaining the traditional
office-based model.
